  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 2 cups lettuce, cut into strips
  • 2 packages dried meat
  • 1 cup tomato , chopped without seeds
  • 1 cup avocado, chopped with lemon to prevent browning
  • 1/2 cups pico de gallo sauce
  • 1 cup Oaxaca cheese, or Manchego, grated
  • 8 tablespoons cream

  • This dish can be served on different plates for people to make their own tostadas or can be served already assembled.
  • Take a tostada and spread a tablespoon of beans over the entire tostada. Add some dried meat, the lettuce in strips, the tomato, and the chopped avocado, a tablespoon of cheese, and a tablespoon of cream.
  • Serve with pico de gallo on the side so everyone can add the level of spiciness they prefer.
