Meat in Green Sauce

This recipe is very good and economical; I like it with a lot of chili. I'm sure that if you make it, you will like it a lot, plus it's very easy to make and has very few ingredients, so go for it.

  • 1 kilo beefsteak
  • 10 tomatillos, green
  • 8 serrano chiles
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 cube chicken bullion
  • vegetable oil, as needed
  • 4 potatoes
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • In a pot with water, cook the tomatillo, garlic, onion, and chiles. Once cooked, blend them very well.
  • Cut the meat into not very small cubes and fry it in oil, seasoning it with salt and pepper.
  • Cut the potatoes into not very small cubes,
  • Once the meat is fried, add the sauce, the broth, and the potatoes.
