1 kilo ground meat
60 grams parsley, chopped
200 grams onion, finely chopped
Maggi seasoning sauce, to taste
2 eggs
1/4 cups vegetable oil
salt

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well until everything is homogeneous.
Make balls with the meat mixture and use a tortilla press to flatten them. Use two pieces of plastic to prevent sticking on the sides.
In a very hot skillet, add a teaspoon of oil and cook for a few seconds on each side. Avoid pressing down on them to keep the juices inside.
