  • 1 kilo ground meat
  • 60 grams parsley , chopped
  • 200 grams onion, finely chopped
  • Maggi seasoning sauce, to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cups oil
  • salt
  • pepper

  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well until everything is homogeneous.
  • Make balls with the meat mixture and use a tortilla press to flatten them. Use two pieces of plastic to prevent sticking on the sides.
  • In a very hot skillet, add a teaspoon of oil and cook for a few seconds on each side. Avoid pressing down on them to keep the juices inside.
