3/4 kilos beef tenderloin

Season the steaks with a little salt and pepper on both sides.
Grate the carrot and cheese, fill the steaks with a tablespoon of the grated mixture, and close with toothpicks, sealing the rolls in a little oil.
Separately, blend the tomato, onion, garlic, poblano pepper, salt, and oregano, strain it, and incorporate it into the rolls.
Add baby potatoes and cook on low heat until the potatoes and meat are cooked through.
