Meat Rolls with Vegetables

  • 3/4 kilos beef tenderloin
  • 1 kilo tomato
  • 1/2 kilos new potato
  • 1 Poblano chile
  • 1 clove garlic

  • Season the steaks with a little salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Grate the carrot and cheese, fill the steaks with a tablespoon of the grated mixture, and close with toothpicks, sealing the rolls in a little oil.
