These meat skewers with potatoes have the perfect balance between the creaminess of the potatoes, the succulent flavor of the meat, and the freshness of the salad; they'll be a hit at mealtime!
1 cup Kikkoman® traditionally brewed soy sauce, for the marinade
1 tablespoon chile flakes, for the marinade
1 tablespoon lemon zest, for the marinade
500 grams beef tenderloin
2 pumpkins, into thin vertical slices
vegetable oil
olive oil
2 cloves garlic, into slices
2 cups potato, into ½ cm slices, with skin
arugula salad, for accompaniment
Kikkoman® traditionally brewed soy sauce, for accompaniment

Mix Kikkoman® Soy Sauce, chili flakes, and lemon zest in a bowl.
Add the beef steak to the marinade and let it rest for one hour.
Assemble the skewers by alternating the meat and zucchini slices in an S shape.
Heat a skillet or grill over medium heat, brush the skewers with a little oil, and cook for about 10 minutes, making sure to sear each side.
For the potatoes: Heat plenty of olive oil in a skillet over low heat, fry the garlic for 2 minutes, remove, and add the potatoes, cooking them for 10 minutes or until they are completely cooked and soft, without breaking. Remove from the oil and transfer them to absorbent paper.
To assemble the plate: Place the meat skewers on a bed of potatoes and arugula salad for decoration, accompany with Kikkoman® Soy Sauce.
