Bacon Meatloaf

You will love this delicious meatloaf. It is easy to make and has a rich bacon crust that will make it a family favorite. It is a main dish that should be included in your favorite recipes.

  • 1 kilo ground meat, beef
  • 3 ladles parsley, washed, disinfected, and dry. Finely chopped
  • 1 yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cups breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper, ground
  • 1/2 teaspoons cumin, ground
  • 1 package bacon, (250 g)

  • Preheat the oven to 190° C.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the meat, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper, and add the cumin.
  • Cut a 30 x 30 cm sheet of aluminum foil and place it on the table. Lay the bacon slices one next to the other, place the mixed meat on top, and wrap it with the aluminum foil. Seal the edges like a candy and bake in a tray for 45 minutes.
  • After the time is up, take it out and check the meat's doneness; if it is still raw, put it back for another 15 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 200° C and remove the aluminum foil from the meat. Return it to the oven and brown the bacon for another 5 minutes.
