Beef Casserole

With this Beef Casserole recipe, you will prepare healthy nachos as they do not contain tortilla but have the toppings to give all the flavor.

  • 1 skirt steak, cut into slices
  • 1/2 cups Italian dressing
  • 1 Jalapeño chile, sliced, seedless
  • 3 tomatoes, seedless, diced
  • 2 cups Chihuahua cheese, grated
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tomatoes, peeled, seedless, diced

  • Mix the meat with the dressing.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meat and dressing in batches; cook the meat for 1-1/3 min. just until sealed. Remove from the skillet.
  • To the skillet, add the jalapeños, tomatoes; then add the meat until cooked.
  • Place the cheese on top of the meat; cover it. Remove from heat.
  • Let it rest for 1 min. or until the cheese melts. Add the 2 chopped tomatoes, the green onions, and the cream just before serving.
