Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meat and dressing in batches; cook the meat for 1-1/3 min. just until sealed. Remove from the skillet.
To the skillet, add the jalapeños, tomatoes; then add the meat until cooked.
Place the cheese on top of the meat; cover it. Remove from heat.
Let it rest for 1 min. or until the cheese melts. Add the 2 chopped tomatoes, the green onions, and the cream just before serving.
