Beef Skewers with Bell Pepper

  • 4 tablespoons margarine, Primavera Chantilly® Con Sal
  • 400 grams beefsteak
  • 1 green bell pepper, without stems, without seeds
  • 1 red bell pepper, without stems, without seeds
  • 1 cup white onion, in medium cubes
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon, granulated
  • 8 corn tortillas

  • In a medium skillet, sauté the onion and garlic with Primavera Chantilly® Con Sal margarine. Add the bell peppers cut into small triangles and cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the meat cut into cubes. Season with Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth, granulated, mix everything well and cook for approximately 7 more minutes or until the desired doneness of the meat is reached.
  • Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve hot and accompany with corn tortillas.
