  • 500 grams beef tenderloin
  • 3 cups button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cups sour cream, reduced fat 1/2 cups sour cream, reduced fat
  • 1/2 cups water 1/2 cups water

  • Remove the bag from the packaging.
  • Remove the tie and open the bag.
  • Cut the steak into cubes.
  • Slice the mushrooms.
  • Slice the mushrooms.
  • Place the meat, mushrooms, and cream inside the bag.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning ® Mis Recetas Al Horno Wine and Pepper.
  • Add the water.
  • Close the bag with the tie and mix.
  • Bake for 45 minutes at 180° C.
  • Serve.
