Beef Tinga

  • 1 cube Knorr® tomato bouillon
  • 450 grams skirt steak, cooked and shredded
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 guajillo chiles, clean, roasted, and soaked
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/8 teaspoons oregano
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • Blend the soaked chiles with water, tomato, oregano, and Knorr® Tomato Seasoning.
  • In a pot, heat the oil and sauté the onion until it becomes transparent.
  • Add the meat and brown it for a few minutes, then incorporate the blended sauce; you can strain it if desired.
  • Let it boil for 5 minutes until all the flavors are combined.
  • It can be served with some baked corn tostadas and slices of avocado.
