Beef Tips in Chipotle with McCormick® Chicken Broth

The secret to our recipe is McCormick® Chicken Broth, which adds a unique flavor to the dish, combined with the sweet and spicy flavor of canned chipotle peppers.   • 2 tablespoons granulated chicken broth Mccormick®
  • 1 kilo tenderloin tip
  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic
  • 3 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
  • 8 tomatoes
  • 1/3 cups oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mccormick® ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

  • Slice the onion and garlic. Chop the chipotle pepper.
  • Season the beef tips with McCormick® Chicken Broth and pepper.
  • Roast the tomatoes on a griddle. Once the skin is blackened, blend them with the garlic and chipotle.
  • Add oil to a pan and sauté the onion. Incorporate the beef tips.
  • Add the sauce and adjust the seasoning.
  • Cook for 10 minutes, remove from heat and add the chopped cilantro.
