500 grams beef, cut into small squares
1 red bell pepper, cut into cubes
1 white onion, cut into cubes
1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
pepper, to taste
salt, to taste

In a skillet, heat the oil and fry the bell pepper, garlic, and onion.
Remove the mixture from the heat and place it in a separate container.
In the same skillet, cook the beef with salt and pepper to taste until it is cooked to medium doneness.
Mix all the ingredients again in the skillet and let season for 5 minutes.
Heat the tortillas on a griddle and serve as tacos.
