Beef Wire Tacos

Beef wire tacos are a classic in all taquerias. Now you can also prepare them at home.

  • 500 grams beef, cut into small squares
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into cubes

  • In a skillet, heat the oil and fry the bell pepper, garlic, and onion.
  • Remove the mixture from the heat and place it in a separate container.
  • In the same skillet, cook the beef with salt and pepper to taste until it is cooked to medium doneness.
  • Mix all the ingredients again in the skillet and let season for 5 minutes.
  • Heat the tortillas on a griddle and serve as tacos.
