8 slices bread, Oroweat® 7 Grains
200 grams skirt steak
1 white onion
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
salt , as needed
pepper, to taste
2 cups Manchego cheese
1/2 cups barbecue sauce

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a hot skillet, sauté the sliced onions. Add a little salt and cook until they are slightly golden.
Slice the brisket as thinly as possible.
Heat a skillet and add oil and a little butter, add the meat and cook for 5 minutes.
Add cheese to one of the slices of Oroweat® 7 Grains bread, then top with the meat and caramelized onions.
Place the sandwiches on a tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 200°C for 10 minutes or until the top is toasted.
Remove from the oven, let cool for 5 minutes, and pour the barbecue sauce on top.
