Brisket Sandwich

We present to you a very tasty and different sandwich from what you normally eat. The brisket sandwich recipe is very flavorful, easy to cook, and perfect for a delicious meal.

  • 8 slices bread, Oroweat® 7 Grains
  • 200 grams skirt steak
  • 1 white onion
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • salt , as needed
  • pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups Manchego cheese
  • 1/2 cups barbecue sauce

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • In a hot skillet, sauté the sliced onions. Add a little salt and cook until they are slightly golden.
  • Slice the brisket as thinly as possible.
  • Heat a skillet and add oil and a little butter, add the meat and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add cheese to one of the slices of Oroweat® 7 Grains bread, then top with the meat and caramelized onions.
  • Place the sandwiches on a tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 200°C for 10 minutes or until the top is toasted.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool for 5 minutes, and pour the barbecue sauce on top.
