  • 1 package Tía Rosa® wheat flour tortilla
  • 100 grams ground meat
  • 1 can tomato
  • 1 tablespoon ground garlic
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • American cheese, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon hot pepper
  • 1 cup beans, cooked
  • salt, to taste

  • Heat oil in a skillet.
  • Sauté onion and garlic.
  • Add the ground beef.
  • Mash the tomatoes with a fork.
  • Season with pepper, hot paprika, salt, oregano, and cumin.
  • Add the crushed tomatoes.
  • Add the beans and stir well.
  • Add chopped cilantro.
  • Heat a Tortillina® Tía Rosa® on the griddle.
  • Place a tablespoon of chili and a slice of yellow cheese.
  • Heat on both sides.
