1 package Tía Rosa® wheat flour tortilla
100 grams ground meat
1 can tomato
1 tablespoon ground garlic
1 cup onion, chopped
American cheese, to taste
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon hot pepper
1 cup beans, cooked
salt, to taste
Preparation

Heat oil in a skillet.
Sauté onion and garlic.
Add the ground beef.
Mash the tomatoes with a fork.
Season with pepper, hot paprika, salt, oregano, and cumin.
Add the crushed tomatoes.
Add the beans and stir well.
Add chopped cilantro.
Heat a Tortillina® Tía Rosa® on the griddle.
Place a tablespoon of chili and a slice of yellow cheese.
Heat on both sides.
