4 chiles, colored without seeds and soaked in hot water
1 can tomato purée
corn tortillas, golden brown, a little burnt
1 cup water
800 grams beef, diced
salt, , garlic and onion to taste
1 can evaporated milk
1 sprig epazote

Blend the chiles with the puree, tortillas, water, onion, garlic, and evaporated milk.
Fry the meat until golden brown and add what was blended with the epazote sprig, cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
