  • 4 chiles, colored without seeds and soaked in hot water
  • 1 can tomato purée
  • corn tortillas, golden brown, a little burnt
  • 1 cup water
  • 800 grams beef, diced
  • salt, , garlic and onion to taste
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 sprig epazote

  • Blend the chiles with the puree, tortillas, water, onion, garlic, and evaporated milk.
  • Fry the meat until golden brown and add what was blended with the epazote sprig, cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
