Creamy Picadillo

A very original and fun picadillo. Surprise your family with a new version of picadillo. You can add other vegetables or chipotles to the mix for extra flavor or to vary the presentation.

  • 250 grams ground beef
  • 250 grams ground pork
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 cans table cream
  • 1 1/2 cups button mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons oil
Preparation

  • Sauté the onion and garlic in a pot, add the mushrooms and let cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the ground beef to the pot and let it brown a little. Season with salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl or glass, mix the cream with salt, pepper, and add to the pot with the meat.
  • Let cook for another 10 minutes and serve.
