In a pot, place the meat on low heat; it will start to release its juices. Once it's halfway cooked, add the bacon, mix, and cover.
After 10 minutes, add the chorizo, mix, and cover.
After 5 to 8 minutes, add the onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms, add a splash of olive oil, and cover again.
After 5 minutes, add the Knorr Suiza, and cover until the onion becomes translucent; the entire process is done over low heat.
Once the meat is ready, heat the tortillas on a griddle, and dip them in the bottom of the pot with the grill mixture to lightly soak in the oil. Place them on a plate and fill them with the grill mixture.
The tacos are served with guacamole and a green yogurt sauce.
