  • Cut the bell pepper into thin strips, the celery into thin slices, and the onion into thin rings.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet, sauté the onion, celery, and bell pepper for three minutes, stirring continuously.
  • Without stopping to stir, add the ground meat, beans, and corn. Sprinkle with chili powder and oregano. Pour the broth on top and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook for another 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring the ingredients occasionally and serve.
