2 tablespoons butter
1 can sour cream, of mushrooms
1/2 cups red wine
1 kilo sirloin, chopped into cubes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cups vegetable oil

Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste. Heat oil in the pot. Sear the meat in the oil and add onion Stir until the onion is translucent.
Add the remaining ingredients and cover the pot for 2 hours.
