2 beef tenderloins
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
2 tablespoons mustard
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 carrots, grated
2 sprigs chives
1 dash water
1 tablespoon olive oil

Marinate the meat with salt, pepper, mustard, and soy sauce. Let it rest for a couple of hours to marinate.
In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add the meat, and sear it.
Grate half a carrot and finely chop the green onion, add to the preparation, mix, and immediately add a splash of water.
Let it reduce for a few minutes and it's ready.
Serve and accompany with mashed potatoes.
