Meat with Carrot

  • 2 beef tenderloins
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 carrots, grated
  • 2 sprigs chives
  • 1 dash water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Marinate the meat with salt, pepper, mustard, and soy sauce. Let it rest for a couple of hours to marinate.
  • In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add the meat, and sear it.
  • Grate half a carrot and finely chop the green onion, add to the preparation, mix, and immediately add a splash of water.
  • Let it reduce for a few minutes and it's ready.
  • Serve and accompany with mashed potatoes.
