4 beefs for milanesa
1/2 liters cow's milk
1/4 onions
1 garlic
pepper , and salt
1/4 kilos Manchego cheese, chopped or shredded Oaxaca cheese
2 cups spinach, cooked
2 cups vegetables, cooked (carrot, peas, potato, corn)
2 cups ground bread, (wheat bran, oats, and ground peanuts in a processor)
2 eggs , battered and seasoned
1 cup wheat flour, or rice

Blend the milk, garlic, onion, pepper, and salt and set aside. Marinate the milanesa for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
Place the milanesa on a plate or tray, fill with vegetables and cheese. Fold in half (like a quesadilla) and secure with 2 toothpicks.
Dust the milanesa with flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with the breading.
Lightly brown the milanesa in a pan and it's ready!
