750 grams ground beef
1 pinch cumin
1 sprig mint leaf
1 tablespoon granulated chicken bouillon
1/2 cups rice, soaked in hot water and drained
2 eggs
1/2 cups breadcrumbs
3 eggs , cooked and cut into 4
3 tablespoons oil
1 onion, slice
2 tomatoes
2 chipotle chiles, canned
2 cubes broth, with chicken tomato
2 cups water

Grind the cumin and mint in the molcajete.
In a bowl, mix what you ground with the meat, chicken broth, rice, raw eggs, and bread.
Divide the mixture into 12 portions and make the meatballs by placing a piece of boiled egg in the center.
In a separate pan, heat the oil and fry the onion until golden, add the blended tomato with chipotle peppers. Let it boil for a few minutes.
Add the chicken tomato concentrate and water.
When it starts to boil, add the meatballs and cook until they soften.
