Oriental Beef with Sesame

A delicious recipe to prepare in a wok. The Oriental Beef with Sesame has a rich soy-based sauce that coats the beef and vegetables.

  • 450 grams beef tenderloin
  • 400 milliliters chicken bullion
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 7 cups broccoli
  • 1/2 cups red bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons sesame seeds

  • Mix the chicken broth, cornstarch, green onion, and soy sauce in a bowl.
  • Cut the steak into cubes and heat the oil in a wok or skillet.
  • Add the steak and garlic and fry for 4 minutes.
  • Remove the meat from the wok and set it aside.
  • Pour the broth mixture into the wok with the broccoli, cover, and let it simmer on low heat for 8 minutes.
  • Add the beef and bell pepper and cook until the mixture is thick.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds
