  • 200 grams beef , shredded and cooked
  • 3 tomatoes, seedless, finely chopped
  • 1/8 onions, finely chopped
  • 3 serrano chiles, finely chopped
  • 1 fresh cilantro, just the leaves
  • 1 lime, just the juice
  • 3 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches ground pepper
