Steak Skewers

This steak skewers is the perfect dish for a family meal, as it is prepared with very few ingredients and can be accompanied with tortillas, beans, rice, and salsa. Try it and pair it with a glass of Del Valle Frut® Citrus!

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 kilo beefsteak, in strips
  • salt, for seasoning
  • pepper, for seasoning
  • 1/2 cups onion, in strips
  • 1/2 cups red bell pepper, in strips
  • 1/2 cups green bell pepper, in strips
  • salt, for seasoning
  • pepper, for seasoning
  • seasoning sauce
  • Manchego cheese
  • Del Valle Fruit® Citrus

  • Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper, and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and seasoning juice. Add the shredded cheese and cover the skillet.
  • Serve the steak skewers on a plate, prepare them in tacos, and accompany with Del Valle Frut® Citrus.
