1/4 kilos ground beef
1/4 kilos ground pork
1/2 cups cow's milk
2 eggs
1/2 cups breadcrumbs
1 onion
10 leaves mint leaf , finely chopped
2 allspice berries
1 pinch cumin powder
2 tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1 ancho chile
oil
salt
3 cups water

Mix the meat with the milk, half a chopped onion, mint, breadcrumbs, salt, cumin, and eggs; form small balls.
Roast, seed, and soak the ancho chili.
Roast the tomato, remove the skin, and blend it with half an onion, garlic, chili, and pepper.
In a pot with a little oil, fry the previous mixture and season.
Add 3 cups of water, and when it starts to boil, add the meatballs and cook for about 20 minutes or until the meatballs are well cooked.
