Delight your family with this traditional meatball recipe. This is how my grandma made them, and I remember they were a sensation at home. They are super quick to make and delicious.
In a bowl, mix the ground meat, eggs, onion, and finely chopped parsley, along with the cooked rice. Season with salt and pepper and add herbs.
Cook the tomatoes. Once ready, blend them with a piece of onion and a clove of garlic. Strain the mixture into a pot, add water, and let it simmer on low heat until it boils. Season with chicken or vegetable bouillon powder.
Form balls of your desired size with your hands, place them on a plate.
Place the meatballs in the pot with tomato sauce. Let them cook for about 10 minutes.
Serve with white rice.
