1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 onions, small finely chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/3 cups hot sauce
1/4 cups white rice
mint leaves, fresh
salt
water
750 grams sirloin, ground
2 tomatoes, ripe finely chopped
2 tablespoons onion, minced
1 egg white
pepper
4 sprigs mint leaf

Sauté the onion and garlic in a large pot over medium-high heat with a little olive oil.
When the onion has crystallized, add the ranch sauce, water, rice, mint, and salt.
Heat until boiling.
Meanwhile, combine the ground meat with the tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of onion, egg white, mint, salt, and pepper.
Form balls and place them in the pot with the boiling liquid.
Reduce the heat, cover, and cook on low for 30 minutes or until the meat is cooked and the rice is tender.
