400 grams ground meat
1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
1/2 bunches fresh cilantro, finely chopped
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons Maggi seasoning sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 cups breadcrumbs
salt , to taste
pepper, to taste
8 slices Manchego cheese
50 grams lean bacon, chopped
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients with a fork or with your hands.
Divide the dough into two, then into four, continuing until you have 8 equal parts.
With each part, make a ball and then flatten them with your hands until they are about half a cm thick (approximately).
Fry them in a non-stick skillet with very little hot oil, or grill them.
When they are cooked and golden brown on both sides, remove them and place a slice of cheese on each one.
Serve them accompanied by ketchup, with some salad or with the fries of your choice.
