Multiflavored Pacholas

Delicious pacholitas (hamburgers) with a lot of flavor and little fat. Perfect for sharing with your family on a Sunday afternoon, ideal for grilling and served with tasty fries or a delicious salad.

  • 2 tablespoons Maggi seasoning sauce

  • 50 grams lean bacon, chopped

  • Mix all the ingredients with a fork or with your hands.
  • Divide the dough into two, then into four, continuing until you have 8 equal parts.
  • With each part, make a ball and then flatten them with your hands until they are about half a cm thick (approximately).
  • Fry them in a non-stick skillet with very little hot oil, or grill them.
  • When they are cooked and golden brown on both sides, remove them and place a slice of cheese on each one.
  • Serve them accompanied by ketchup, with some salad or with the fries of your choice.
