A recipe with few ingredients and very simple to prepare; I hope you like it.
It's the base for making them as easy as possible with minimal ingredients and low budget.
Heat a teaspoon of oil in a saucepan and add the tomato sauce to season it; add salt and pepper, and lower the temperature.
In a deep bowl, place the ground beef and season with salt and pepper; mix very well and form balls the size of a golf ball. When making them, it is important to press the meatballs very firmly so they do not lose their shape while cooking.
Increase the temperature of the tomato sauce and carefully add the meatballs one by one, which yield approximately 10. Add a bit more water to cover the meatballs and stir slightly, then let cook without stirring for 15 minutes. If you prefer the sauce to be thicker, leave it for another 5 minutes on high heat or until the desired thickness is achieved.
