Mexican Tartar Beef

Ground beef accompanied by vegetables and crackers, this recipe always turns out delicious when I make it, I highly recommend it, it is simple and very tasty.

  • 1/2 kilos ground meat
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 green chile
  • 1 onion, medium
  • salt
  • 8 limes
  • 1 package cookies, habanero
  • 1 avocado
  • 5 sprigs fresh cilantro

  • In a bowl, put the ground beef, add the juice of the 8 limes and salt to taste, stir and let cook for 1 hour.
  • We wash all the vegetables for our recipe.
  • We finely chop the onion, tomatoes, green chili, and cilantro.
  • Once the hour of cooking with lime for our meat has passed, we add all the vegetables that we previously chopped and stir.
  • We cut our avocado into cubes or wedges and add it.
