Pesto Meat Skewers

It’s a simple recipe that I took from the Junior Master Chef program... it’s delicious as the cilantro and parsley give an incredible and unique flavor to this dish.

  • 300 grams ground meat
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • sprigs rosemary
  • olive oil
  • pepper
  • salt

  • In the processor, put the cilantro, parsley, a little rosemary, and olive oil...
  • In the blender, mix the meat, the processed cilantro and parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Peel half a stem of rosemary, brush with a little olive oil, make small balls, and flatten them to be able to skewer them.
  • Put in a pan without oil, as the meat releases its own fat, let it cook for 8 minutes on each side.
