It’s a simple recipe that I took from the Junior Master Chef program... it’s delicious as the cilantro and parsley give an incredible and unique flavor to this dish.

In the processor, put the cilantro, parsley, a little rosemary, and olive oil...
In the blender, mix the meat, the processed cilantro and parsley, salt, and pepper.
Peel half a stem of rosemary, brush with a little olive oil, make small balls, and flatten them to be able to skewer them.
Put in a pan without oil, as the meat releases its own fat, let it cook for 8 minutes on each side.
