5 tomatillos, chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped
6 olives, finely chopped
6 capers, finely chopped
3/4 kilos beef, for shredding
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 eggs

Place the meat with water in a pressure cooker and cook until tender. Let it cool and shred.
Sauté in a pan with a little oil the tomato, onion, garlic, olives, capers, and cilantro. Add the shredded meat.
Season to taste and pour in the eggs. Cook until everything is integrated. Serve hot.
