Rich Ropa Vieja

An excellent combination of taste on the palate, with this stew of meat, egg, capers, and olives. Try it, you won't regret it.

  • 5 tomatillos, chopped

  • 6 olives, finely chopped
  • 6 capers, finely chopped
  • 3/4 kilos beef, for shredding

  • Place the meat with water in a pressure cooker and cook until tender. Let it cool and shred.
  • Sauté in a pan with a little oil the tomato, onion, garlic, olives, capers, and cilantro. Add the shredded meat.
  • Season to taste and pour in the eggs. Cook until everything is integrated. Serve hot.
