1 cube Knorr® beef bouillon
4 pasilla chiles, seedless
1/4 onions
2 cloves garlic
6 beefsteaks
2 cloves
4 black pepper
2 leaves bay
3 tablespoons oil
2 cups water

Roast the chiles, onion, garlic, clove, and bell pepper in a pan over low heat to prevent burning.
Soak the above in 1 cup of water until the chiles soften. Blend and set aside.
Fry the steaks in hot oil and pour in the previously strained chile mixture.
Season with the Knorr® Beef flavor cube and bay leaves.
Add 1 more cup of water and let it boil for 10 minutes.
