Chinese Steak is a very tasty recipe, inspired by Chinese restaurants, but adapted to the tastes we have in Mexico. It is very simple to prepare, it won't take you more than thirty minutes, and you will see how delicious it turns out.
Heat oil to sauté the onion and garlic cloves, once the onion is translucent, add the minced meat in small pieces, season with a little salt and pepper, cover, and cook on low heat.
Once the meat is halfway cooked, start adding celery, carrot, squash, and broccoli, all in not-too-large pieces, add chicken broth, Maggi sauce, a little more pepper and salt. Cover and cook on low heat until the vegetables are cooked to medium.
