Four Cheese Breaded Steak

  • 1 envelope Knorr® four cheese seasoning
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 4 beef cutlets
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • Mix the Knorr® Four Cheese Flavors with the breadcrumbs.
  • Beat the egg. Dip the breaded steaks in the egg and then into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing them to ensure the crumbs stick well.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry 1 breaded steak on both sides until golden brown. Cook the rest with 1 tablespoon of oil each, one at a time, adding 1 tablespoon per piece.
