4 rib-eye steaks, 200 grams each
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup fines herbs, chopped
2 green chiles , chopped without seeds
salt , to taste
pepper, to taste
2/3 cups olive oil

Mix the oil, onion, herbs, and chili.
Season the rib-eye steaks with salt and pepper and cover them with the marinade, letting them rest for 30-40 minutes.
Grill until the steaks are cooked to your liking.
Sauté the shallots and add the beef broth and cognac. Boil until reduced to 2 cups. Add a teaspoon of pepper. Serve the prime rib with this sauce.
