Marinade for Arrachera

  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 árbol chiles
  • 2 leaves dried bay
  • 1/2 cups red wine
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 garlics, crushed
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • coarse salt, to taste

  • Place all the ingredients in a resealable plastic bag. Add the arrachera. Close the bag and shake vigorously.
  • Allow the meat to marinate for 2 hours in your refrigerator.
