1/3 teaspoons balsamic vinegar, Dark Aged Pomegranate from Olio Fino®
1/4 cups olive oil, with garlic from Olio Fino®
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons garlic salt, or kosher

Prepare the grill or barbecue. In a medium bowl, whisk the mustard with salt and balsamic until fully combined. Slowly drizzle in the organic garlic-infused olive oil, whisking quickly and continuously. The marinade should thicken and be well mixed.
Place the rib eye in a plastic or ziplock bag and completely cover them with the marinade. Refrigerate and marinate for 4 to 6 hours, turning the steaks at least once during this time.
Proceed to grill the steaks. After cooking, let them rest, lightly covered at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
