Clean the steak and slice it only halfway through each piece.
Salt to taste, and sprinkle with the beef rib cube.
Clarify the butter and with the help of a brush, apply a bit of it between each slice.
In a non-greased pan, place the 6 slices of smoked bacon and fry them for about 3 minutes over medium heat, remove them and set aside.
With the same grease left from the bacon, fry the onion and the 3 peppers.
Stuff between each slice of the steak with a bit of the sautéed onion and peppers.
Place the 6 slices of bacon on top of the steak.
Place in a preheated oven at 230 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes in a covered dish.
It should be cooked to perfection, juicy, garnish with chopped parsley and ready to serve.
