3 bell peppers, one of each color
300 grams ground meat, black pulp
1 can mixed vegetables
1 cup tomato purée, with chipotle
garlic, finely chopped
onion
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
20 grams cheese, for decoration
parsley, for decoration

In a pot, place the peppers with water to cook them.
Once cooked, brown them a little in the pan, cut them in half, and remove the stem.
Fry the onion, garlic, and meat in olive oil, once cooked, add the tomato puree, the can of vegetables, and season with salt and pepper.
Fill the peppers with the meat.
Grate a little cheese on top and add a sprig of parsley for decoration.
