Stuffed Peppers with Ground Beef

  • 3 bell peppers, one of each color
  • 300 grams ground meat, black pulp
  • 1 can mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup tomato purée, with chipotle
  • garlic, finely chopped
  • onion
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 20 grams cheese, for decoration
  • parsley, for decoration

  • In a pot, place the peppers with water to cook them.
  • Once cooked, brown them a little in the pan, cut them in half, and remove the stem.
  • Fry the onion, garlic, and meat in olive oil, once cooked, add the tomato puree, the can of vegetables, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Fill the peppers with the meat.
  • Grate a little cheese on top and add a sprig of parsley for decoration.
