Tacos de Alambre and Bell Pepper

I haven't had tacos de alambre and bell pepper in a long time; the last time I had them was with my dad, and I love them.

  • 20 flour tortillas
  • 6 beefsteaks
  • 4 bell peppers
  • slices bacon
  • 3 onions

  • In a skillet, add the oil, heat it, and add the bacon until it is browned at the edges, then drain and set aside.
  • In the same pan, fry the onion; once it is translucent, add the bell pepper and cook on low heat to soften.
  • Season the meat with salt and pepper and add it to the skillet along with the bacon; cook the meat until it is well done.
  • Add the shredded Oaxaca cheese evenly over the meat and distribute it.
  • Warm the tortillas and add the prepared mixture while the cheese melts.
