Incorporate into the meat and, if you like it spicy, enhance the flavor with a few drops of Tabasco sauce. Let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes over low heat, until the cooking liquid evaporates. Remove from heat. At the last moment, heat the filling and place it in a serving dish. Decorate with touches of green and red.
