  • Beat eggs with water, then add the oil and flour.
  • The crepes are cooked quickly on both sides.
  • Mix 4¼ cups of flour, 3 tablespoons of vegetable shortening, ½ cup of water, and salt to taste. In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 teaspoon of ground chili, 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin, and 1 teaspoon of oregano.
  • Incorporate into the meat and, if you like it spicy, enhance the flavor with a few drops of Tabasco sauce. Let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes over low heat, until the cooking liquid evaporates. Remove from heat. At the last moment, heat the filling and place it in a serving dish. Decorate with touches of green and red.
