Blend on high for 1 minute while frying the marinated arrachera in a skillet until it reaches the desired doneness.
To finish, place 4 tortillas on a plate, fold them, and fill them with crumbled cheese. Once filled, pour abundant sauce over them, place a piece of arrachera on one side, and garnish with chopped lettuce, tomato, onion, and avocado. Drizzle with cream and cheese to taste on top, and enjoy.
