Cut the meat to your desired size and season with salt and pepper.
Chop the vegetables and mince the garlic, then heat the oil in the pan and add the garlic.
As soon as the garlic starts to brown, add the meat, and when it changes color, add the onion.
Cover the pan
Add the carrot, potato, and water until the vegetables are covered.
Add the green beans as soon as the potatoes and carrots are soft.
Chop the S&B Torokeru Beef Stew® bar, add it, and cook with the pan covered for 5 minutes.
