  • 350 grams beef
  • 2 potatoes
  • 6 button mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 carrots
  • 8 green beans
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 600 milliliters water
  • 1 S&B Torokeru Beef Stew®

  • Cut the meat to your desired size and season with salt and pepper.
  • Chop the vegetables and mince the garlic, then heat the oil in the pan and add the garlic.
  • As soon as the garlic starts to brown, add the meat, and when it changes color, add the onion.
  • Cover the pan
  • Add the carrot, potato, and water until the vegetables are covered.
  • Add the green beans as soon as the potatoes and carrots are soft.
  • Chop the S&B Torokeru Beef Stew® bar, add it, and cook with the pan covered for 5 minutes.
