  • 8 bisquet sweet bread
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1/2 liters whipping cream
  • 1 chicken breast , cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 kilos Manchego cheese, grated
  • 1/2 sticks unsalted butter

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Cut the biscuits horizontally in half and spread them with butter, placing them in a previously buttered baking dish, covering the entire base with pieces to form a layer.
  • Add the chicken covering the entire dish.
  • Mix the mushroom cream with the heavy cream and pour it over the biscuits.
  • Place the dish in the oven for about 30 minutes or until it gratins.
