Boneless in Cheese Crust

  • 500 grams chicken breast, cut into large cubes
  • 3/4 cups plain yogurt, thick, unsweetened

  • 2 tablespoons paprika, for the flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder, for the flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons onion powder, for the flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons oregano, for the flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons pepper, for the flour
  • 2 tablespoons salt, for the flour
  • 4 eggs, made with milk, for breading
  • vegetable oil, for frying the boneless
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce, for coating the wings
  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • parsley, finely chopped, for garnish

  • Mix the chicken, yogurt, and a little salt in a bowl, let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • Prepare the breading mixture by combining flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • To bread, coat the chicken cubes in flour, then in egg, and again in flour. Repeat the process until all the chicken is used.
  • Fry the boneless in very hot oil for about 5 minutes or until fully cooked.
  • For the cheese crust: Heat a skillet over medium-low heat, add a little vegetable oil spray, and sprinkle enough grated parmesan cheese. When you start to see the edges browning, check the crust and flip it to brown the other side.
  • When still hot, shape the crust into a cone with your hands and let it cool.
  • Fill the crusts with the boneless and garnish with parsley, add more buffalo sauce, and serve with French fries.
