You have to try this crispy buffalo chicken burger, super juicy, and thanks to your Braun®, you'll have the meat ready, fresh, and seasoned in no time. Serve it with blue cheese dressing, tomato, red onion, and lettuce.
In the Braun® processor, grind all the meat ingredients until minced, add to a bowl with the ground bread, mix, and form two patties.
Coat with flour, baking powder, cornstarch, salt, and garlic powder, and refrigerate for 15 minutes, remove from the refrigerator and coat again.
In a pan with oil, fry the patties for 4 minutes and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels, let sit on the paper towels for 5 minutes and fry again for 2 more minutes at 360-375 F.
In a bowl, coat the patties with Red Hot sauce and butter.
For the blue cheese dressing: In a bowl, mix the blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, and white vinegar.
For assembly: Place some blue cheese dressing on the bottom bun, add lettuce and tomato, then the hamburger patty and more dressing, onion, another leaf of lettuce, and the top bun.
