Add oregano, marjoram, thyme, rosemary, and garlic to the melted butter, then season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Dry the chicken with a paper towel, fill the cavity with the potatoes, add a tablespoon of butter to the potatoes, then, using twine, tie the chicken legs and brush with the remaining butter.
Place a rack inside the pressure cooker, add water, and place the chicken on top of the rack. Close the lid and cook for 40 minutes.
Rest the chicken on a rack, cut a piece of breast, and serve with salad.
