Butter Chicken in a Pressure Cooker

Do you want to pamper your family, but have little time? Prepare this butter chicken in a pressure cooker, it's easy to make and yields a lot, bathed in spiced butter and filled with potatoes. It will be the ideal meal to get you out of a pinch.

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • salt

  • 1 1/2 cups potato, cut into cubes
  • 1 chicken
  • salad, to accompany

  • Add oregano, marjoram, thyme, rosemary, and garlic to the melted butter, then season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Dry the chicken with a paper towel, fill the cavity with the potatoes, add a tablespoon of butter to the potatoes, then, using twine, tie the chicken legs and brush with the remaining butter.
  • Place a rack inside the pressure cooker, add water, and place the chicken on top of the rack. Close the lid and cook for 40 minutes.
  • Rest the chicken on a rack, cut a piece of breast, and serve with salad.
