20 corn tortillas
1 kilo pork leg
50 grams vegetable oil
1 onion
1 bunch fresh cilantro
2 leaves bay
1 teaspoon salt
1 pinch pepper
5 lemons

In a large pot, cook the meat with enough water until fully cooked.
Remove the meat from the water and drain it. Shred it with your hands.
In a skillet, heat the oil and add the meat to start browning it.
Add the bay leaf, pepper, and salt, and continue cooking.
Warm the tortillas and fill them with the carnitas, serving them immediately.
